Hos det danske geocaching f\u00e6llesskab kom man frem til dette design efter en l\u00e6ngere tids debat i forummet. Det er den f\u00f8rste m\u00f8nt der er lavet i dansk “community” regi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Projektet startede med at design forslag blev fremlagt af alle der havde lyst. Debatten og forslag til \u00e6ndringer foregik i forum’et og tog efter sigende lang tid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00f8nten har det danske geocaching logo<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> p\u00e5 bagsiden og tracking nummeret begynder med DK. Begge dele var helt unikke p\u00e5 dette tidspunkt fordi rettighederne til logoet tilh\u00f8rte geocaching.dk og fordi geocaching.com med DK nummer-serien anerkendte m\u00f8nten som officiel dansk geocoin p\u00e5 verdensplan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00f8nten er lavet i “antique silver”  (dvs. ikke blankt skinnende men mat) og har et vikingeskib p\u00e5 fronten hvor sejlet er farvet som Dannebrog. M\u00f8nten b\u00e6rer teksten “GEOCACHING IN DENMARK – GLOBAL TREASURE HUNTING SINCE THE VIKING AGE”. Denne tekst sammenk\u00e6der nutidens danskeres deltagelse i den verdensomsp\u00e6ndende geocaching skattejagt med datidens danske vikingers jagt p\u00e5 v\u00e6rdier og skatte udenfor Danmark. Det var begyndelsen til en trend med tvetydige tekster p\u00e5 m\u00f8nter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Info om involverede geocachere kom senere men Gjensen og Team Mojito var som jeg husker meget centrale personer p\u00e5 henholdvis produktion og design\/tekster<\/p>\n\n\n\n
