Klassisk Geocaching – for familier med b\u00f8rn<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Til <\/mark><\/strong><\/a>forsiden<\/mark><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For mange \u00e5r siden formulerede nogle danske geocachere begrebet “Klassisk Geocaching”.
\u00c5rsagen var at geocaching havde taget en drejning v\u00e6k fra det oprindelige. Med navnet Klassisk Geocaching havde man gjort det tydeligere hvilke v\u00e6rdier og kvaliteter den oprindelige form for geocaching kunne tilbyde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Det “oprindelige” skal forst\u00e5s som en traditionel<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> cache der ligger p\u00e5 koordinatet. Fokus er p\u00e5 selve oplevelsen, motion, frisk luft og det familievenlige. Det er som eksempel at finde store cachebeholdere med bytteting for b\u00f8rn og logb\u00f8ger med plads til tur beskrivelser og tegninger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kvantitet frem for kvalitet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Den nye retning var en mere konkurrence pr\u00e6get. Den blev statestik<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> drevet, med nye og mere komplicerede cachetyper, og m\u00e5der at lave variation p\u00e5. Man s\u00e5 Powertrails<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> dukke op og l\u00e6ste om geocachere der dyrkedePowercaching<\/mark><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beholderne blev petlinge<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> med en logstrimmel<\/mark><\/strong><\/a>. En Petling ligner et plastic reagensglas med skruel\u00e5g. Ofte er de klare og gennemsigtige eller som en gr\u00f8n Faxe Kondi flaske.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alt dette trak Geocaching v\u00e6k fra noget som hele familien kunne deltage i. Der blev meget l\u00e6ngere imellem de skatte der indeholdt bytteting og trackables og derfor blev geocaching givetvis ikke s\u00e5 interessant for b\u00f8rn og familier.
Danmark gik fra at have under 4000 cacher til at have over 30.000 cacher. Nogle af disse havde udelukkende det form\u00e5l at \u00f8ge antal fund hurtigst og lettest muligt. Hvis man som cache-ejer gemte en god cache et sted s\u00e5 skulle ruten derud efterh\u00e5nden fyldes op med cacher. Hvis man ikke gjorde dette var m\u00e5ske “ikke det v\u00e6rd” at bruge 2 timer for een cache. Man kunne jo finde 10 cacher p\u00e5 den samme tid andre steder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De mange nye cacher der egentlig bare skulle give mange hurtige fund, blev af nye geocachere set som den normale standard. Cacherne kan godt opfattes som en invasiv art der havde oversv\u00f8mmet landet med ligegyldige oplevelser. Nu frygtede man at det ogs\u00e5 blev den type cacher de nye generationer af geocachere kom til at gemme s\u00e5ledes at der var dannet en ond spiral med hensyn til kvaliteten.

\u00d8konomi og fornyelse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Geocaching.com har ogs\u00e5 haft en \u00f8konomisk interesse i at forny legen l\u00f8bende igennem \u00e5rene for holde p\u00e5 medlemmerne. De har tilbudt et bredt udvalg af samler objekter. Lidt som duelighedstegn indenfor spejderne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
